Buffalo Wings

This was also made for the pot luck over the weekend. On Friday I marinated some chicken wings with some butter, chili powder, cracked black pepper, salt and 1 packet of Mc Cormicks buffalo wings marinated. Added some olive oil and rubbed the marinade into all the chicken wing pieces. Set aside in the fridge overnight.

Saturday I broiled the chicken wings for about 45 minutes in the oven. While the wings were broiling, I melted 1/4 stick of butter with half a bottle of Hot Sauce (you can use any type I used Tabasco) together with some Paprika powder. Stir this well over a low heat and then let it cool.

When the wings are out of the oven, brush each wings with the hot sauce and plate up with some celery and blue cheese dip.

Easy peasy and finger lickin good! Enjoy!
