Pasta with Cream Sauce



Very simple prep, the sauce was not thick and overwhelming but if you prefer something thicker and stronger add some grated cheese at the end.

Your choice of pasta cooked and kept aside
In a pan add some butter and olive oil and stir in chopped yellow onion and chopped garlic. Also add 1 bay leaf and stir well before adding chopped chicken fillets (you can use shrimp or anything you like). Stir in some mixed herbs and some liquid chicken stock. Once the chicken is nicely browned add the capsicum and mushrooms or your choice of veggies. Stir well before adding pepper and salt. Lastly add one carton of thick cream and stir well. If the sauce is too thick add some milk. Before removing from the fire add some chopped parsley. Enjoy!
