Sweet Sour Prawns

Quick and easy stir fry!

Clean the prawns (leave the shell on) and coat with cornflour and fry in some oil for about 3 minutes (it will turn beautiful orange!)

Slice thinly:
Yellow onions, garlic, ginger, spring onions, red/green chillies and some pineapple (you may add cucumber, green pepper etc)

Sauce (mix together)
Generous amount of tomato sauce, chili sauce, plum sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil and some white pepper. Add a bit of water to this sauce mixture.

Once the prawns are fried, leave a bit of the oil behind and fry the onions, garlic, ginger and garlic. Next add the red and green chillies. Once aromatic add the sauce and more water if its too thick. Keep stirring and adjust taste with salt, pepper or more sauce. Add the pineapple and stir before adding the prawns. Let this simmer for about 5 minutes before throwing in the spring onions.

Eat this hot off the wok with white rice. Yums!
