Salami Bread Loaf

Not knowing what to have for dinner we opted for something super easy and fuss free.

This is great as an appetizer or as a side for a bbq.

Ingredients:
French loaf halved.
Some tomato paste (layer on the french loaf generously).
Butter-softened (about 1/4 of a stick)
Into the butter add some sliced yellow onion, pineapples, (can add olives), chopped parsley, 3-4 pips of smashed garlic,
beef salami sliced cut into bite size pieces and added into the butter mix (or any other meat that you prefer).
Mix it all up add some black pepper and salt to taste.

Layer each french loaf generously with the butter mix, grate mozzarella cheese on top each loaf and bake in the oven for about 8 minutes or until the cheese has melted.

This MUST be eaten while its still hot out of the oven! Enjoy!
