Mutton Varuval





The recipe for this varuval can be found in my April 08 and May 07 postings on Beef and Chicken Varuval. The only thing I did different today was that I used Kashimiri Chili Powder instead of ground chili paste when I prepared the mutton to be pressured cooked.

I will say this again - this dish goes so well with an icy cold beer !
