Warm Chicken Salad





I mixed some cumin, black and white pepper powder, salt and dried rosemary into the fillet chicken pieces. Then I stir fried them in some butter with some chopped garlic and added some fresh button mushrooms to the mix.

Finished off with some balsamic vinegar.

Assembled some iceberg lettuce, sliced yellow onions, tomatoes, carrots, sliced boiled eggs and that was a quick and light dinner tonight!
