Roast Pork Belly





This is what I would call "snap" dinner, because it hardly took any effort.
I marinated some pork belly with chinese five spice powder, salt, pepper, hoisin spare rib sauce and terriyaki honey sauce for about 2 hours. Then pan fried the pieces for a about 4 minutes before popping them in the oven to roast for another 30 minutes.

Made a side of mixed peas and carrots with corn sauteed in some butter and bacon.

Simple enough.
