Marinate some beef steak pieces with salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar, mustard and Worcester sauce for over an hour.
Chop 1 red onion, 1 each red, green and yellow bell pepper, some marinated feta, Lebanese cucumber, cherry tomatoes halved and mix all these with some mix green (including rocket).
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and refrigerate.
On a grill pan cook the steaks for 4 minutes on each side, allow to rest before slicing and serving over the salad. Pour your choice of dressing over before digging in, we had Italian dressing, yums!
