This recipe is the same as the Sweet and Sour Pork recipe you will find in one of my earlier posts. Just coat the cleaned garoupa with generous amounts of corn flour and deep fry till golden brown and serve the sauce over it.
We had this for lunch and paired it with stir fried broccoli, carrots, mushroom and prawns in oyster sauce...must say it was a good pairing! Enjoy!
