Devil Pork Curry

Well as the name suggest, this dish is intended to be devilish red hot and spicy!! Preparation work for this dish takes some time and the list of ingredients is long but once you get everything on the stove, its simmer simmer simmer all the way:-) It is recommended that you cook the curry a day ahead as it will soak it all that delicious favour from the lemon grass and ground paste. Anyone interested in the recipe just needs to holler....right now I am just too lazy to get into details.
