Today's lunch is not the typical Sunday fare around here, its too simple and quick for a lazy Sunday, but its nonetheless very satisfying. Coney Dog's messy to eat, beat you won't stop at one!
Pork Sausages (Lightly Pan Fried in some butter)
Sausage Buns (steamed)
Coney Sause
1 yellow onion diced
3 pips garlic minced
Tomato paste
Yellow mustard
Worcestershire sauce
Sugar
Chopped Green Peppers
Paprika
Cumin Powder
Minced Beef
Some shredded cheddar cheese
Saute the onions and garlic in some olive oil, add the minced beef. When browned add the green peppers and fry for 5 minutes before adding the tomato paste, cumin, paprika, mustard and worcestershire sauce to taste. Let it simmer for a few minutes and its done.
