Milee's Butterhead Avocado Salad


This is my very own creation and Joe being my biased other half gave it a perfect 10!

I used a bag of prepacked salad leaves (mostly butterhead) with 1 red onion sliced, and 1 avocado sliced and some roasted chicken breast. I sauteed some fresh mushrooms in butter with some minced garlic and added some chopped English parsley and a dash of balsamic vinegar. Mixed separately some olive oil, juice of one lemon and some balsamic vinegar and tossed the salad in this vinegratte.
It would have been 11 out of 10! with some Romano tomatoes but I forgot to get some.

That simple and that was dinner tonite!
