Well Minah Drama (previoulsy known as Madam) is back but without the Nasi Lemak that is long overdue!! She came bearing gifts of Rava Thosai and Unfishy Fish Curry - how am I supposed to stay angry:-)
She tried this out last nite, Rava Thosai with the help of Mr Baba and the unfishy Fish was courtesy of her bestman. She said that she blended onions, garlic, ginger and green chili with a bit of water and 1/2 teaspoon of EVERY spice in her cupboard:-) The verdict you ask? It was wiped clean by the muttons and Sir:-)
Well done Minah, now get on with the nasi lemak pls!

excuse me, it's aunty formerly known as madam. hey dont laugh at my mini thosais k. this is coming from a person who never cooked indian before the start of this year.
o ya the unfishy fish curry has 2 tablespoons of yoghurt in it too.
Nasi lemak....next change. We promise.
