Grilled Chicken with Rosemary baked Potatoes
Wash and half the potatoes, then marinate for an hour or so with some olive oil, salt, black pepper, Dijon mustard and dried rosemary. When ready bake in the oven for about 50 minutes.
Baked beans 1 can cooked with some yellow onion which are sauteed with a drop of butter. Add some pepper and some endamame beans for colour and crunch. Also add a table spoon of tomato paste and equal portion of plum sauce.
De-boned thigh pieces marinated with oyster sauce, Worcester sauce, cracked black pepper and salt. When ready to cook grill and serve with the roasted potatoes, some garden salad and the bean gravy.
