Stir Fried Shell Pasta

Last night's dinner is not for the faint hearted! If you cannot take the "heat" skip this meal:-) Joe had to settle for a very "dressed up" instant noodle soup while I gobbled this spicy pasta down.

Shell pasta, boiled and drained (any pasta will do)
Minced garlic (2 tablespoons)
1 yellow onion diced
4 red chillies sliced
10 bird's eye chilies sliced
Prawns shelled
Fish Balls sliced (chicken fillets would be a good replacement)
Brown Mushrooms sliced
Sawi (Choy Sum) Blanched
2 tabelspoons of chili paste (store bought)
Anchovie cube stock
1 egg

Sauces
Thick Soya sauce
Light Soya Sauce
Black Pepper
A dash of vinegar

Saute the onions, garlic, red and bird's eye chilies in some oil. When aromatic add the anchovie cube stock and stir before adding the prawns and fish balls. Keep stirring until the prawns change colour then add the chili paste and stir continously for about 5 minutes before adding all the sauces, break an egg and let it set for a few minutes before stirring the mixture. If the mixture is too dry, add a few tablespoons of water and add the blanched choy sum, stir for a bout 5 minutes. Add in the drained shell pasta and toss well. Taste for salt.
