Paprika Stir Fried Corn Beef

On weekdays, Joe and I hardly eat dinner at home but on that rare occasion that we are both home early I normally rummage through the pantry for some tin stuff. And yesterday we decided on Corn Beef. I normally make Corn Beef with Indian Chili Powder but last night I decided to substitute the Chili Powder with Paprika. Paprika has a more subtle taste and doesn't overpower the tasty corn beef, it was really simple and most of all fast to prepare.

Ingredients
1 can corn beef
1 large yellow onion, sliced
2 pips garlic, sliced
1 inch ginger, chopped finely
2 pieces each green and red chillies
1 teaspoon or more of Ground Pepper
3 teaspoons Paprika

Method,
Stir fry the onions, garlic, ginger and fresh chillies in some oil till fragrant. Add the corn beef and stir well. Generously add the ground pepper and paprika and keep stirring for at least 6 minutes or so. No need to add salt as the corned beef is salty on its own.

Eat with bread as we did or rice.
